Mikhail Fetisov

A resident of St. Petersburg, a neurologist. On 15 October 2025, he was detained and then taken into custody on charges of spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces and calling for activities against the security of the Russian Federation. He was informed about him by Andrei Trofimov, a resident of the Tver region who found himself in the same cell with him, who was prosecuted in two cases because of anti-war statements and his intention to join the Freedom of Russia Legion.
