Biography
Former Deputy Mayor of Sarov (Nizhny Novgorod Oblast), Director of Capital Construction at Atomstroyexport. On 16 January 2026, Shcherbak was detained on charges of financing extremist activities due to donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. After interrogation, he was placed under a recognisance not to leave the country.
