The rapper was fined 70,000 rubles because of the song "Oida", which was considered to be a call to violate the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.

On 9 May 2024, it became known that a case was brought against Oxxxymiron for failure to perform the duties of a "foreign agent", and he was put on a wanted list.
