Nikolai Gutsenovich

A resident of Penza, a city in western Russia. He regularly participated in protests. In February 2023, a case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 18 July, he was sentenced to a fine of 100 thousand rubles (approximately 1 thousand euros).
