detained in the Pechora Sea in connection with a peaceful action by Greenpeace activists who sailed on the Arctic Sunrise ship to the Prirazlomnaya oil production platform in September 2013; the ship was forcibly stopped and all those on board were detained. Charged with piracy, later the charge was reclassified to hooliganism. Detained since September 2013, released on bail in November 2013. Amnestied in December 2013.
