Blogger. In December 2021, a protocol was drawn up against Morugina under part 2. art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offences (intentional public desecration of religious or devotional literature, objects of religious veneration, signs or emblems of worldview symbols and attributes, or their defacement or destruction). However, the magistrate of judicial precinct No. 210 of the Dorogomilovsky judicial district of Moscow returned the report to the police to correct the violations committed during its preparation. However, the magistrate of judicial precinct No. 210 of the Dorogomilovsky judicial district of Moscow returned the report to the police to correct the violations committed during its preparation. As a result, it was decided to initiate criminal proceedings because of a nude photo in front of a temple. In January, the case was transferred to the Golovinsky District Court (although Article 148 of the Criminal Code is under the jurisdiction of magistrate judges, not federal judges).
According to the materials of the case announced in court, Morugina suffers from schizotypal personality disorder and at the time of the photo shoot could not realise the nature of her actions and be in charge of them.
On 20 February 2023, Morugina was sent for compulsory treatment.
