Resident of Saransk. In July 2020, Tyshkin's home was searched. Accused of organising activities of an extremist organisation. On 19 August 2021 he was sentenced to a fine of 500 thousand rubles. On 26 October, the appeal court commuted the sentence to three years in a general regime colony. On 12 April 2022, the court of cassation instance cancelled the verdict and returned the case to the court of appeal, which a month later again sentenced Tyshkin to three years in a penal colony. Presumably, he was released in 2024.
