Biography
He was detained on October 17, 2017 and arrested on October 18 on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation in connection with alleged involvement in the activities of the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir. On April 26, 2019, he was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime colony.
