Biography
Resident of Yelabuga (Tatarstan). On 5 February 2024, taken into custody on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation in connection with involvement in the activities of the Islamic party Hizb ut-Tahrir. A number of human rights activists consider the recognition of the party as a terrorist organisation groundless, as the party was not involved in committing terrorist acts. On 8 April 2026, Mudarisov was sentenced, details are unknown.
