Biography
Resident of the Kostroma Oblast. Studied at the Vologda Institute of Law and Economics of the Federal Penitentiary Service. In 2017, he attended a protest, after which the management of his faculty began to pressure on him to expel. He was promised that he would not have to pay off the cost of education if he dropped out of his own accord. He left after finishing the third year, but the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) filed a lawsuit demanding almost 1.7 million rubles from him. Losyakin left Russia in September 2022.
A case initiated against him for spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. On 9 October 2024, Losyakin was sentenced in absentia to six years' imprisonment.
