Paklin was subsequently transferred to a different pre-trial detention center, separate from the others; his support group suspects this was done to exert psychological pressure. Paklin reported that his health had deteriorated significantly while in detention. In 2023, Paklin’s case was severed from the main proceedings, and he was ordered to undergo psychiatric treatment. In April 2024, Paklin’s case was suspended; however, in November, it became known that the prosecution had been resumed.
