Roman Tutov

Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner in April 2022. The investigative body of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic opened a case against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov battalion. After the official annexation of Donetsk region to the Russian Federation, the charge was reclassified to participation in the activities of a terrorist community and receiving training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. In February 2026, the case went to court.
