Law enforcement officers conducted a search at Pavlishchev’s and his acquaintances’ homes as part of the case.

In November 2024 and January 2025, the human rights defender was twice fined in administrative cases of participation in the activities of an “undesirable organisation”. One of the cases involved a post in Instagram with the logo of Open Russia.
