accused of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation and public justification of terrorism; included in the list of extremists and terrorists of Rosfinmonitoring; detained on 15 January 2015; according to the investigation, he participated in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Samara, recruited new supporters, published videos of this organisation on the Internet; on 27 March the case was transferred to court; on 27 April Gazizov was sentenced to two years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of two years.
