Biography
Resident of Ufa. On 6 April 2011, detained on charges of involvement in an extremist organisation in connection with alleged involvement in the activities of the Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir, released under recognizance not to leave. In February 2012, he was given a suspended sentence.
In February 2017, he was detained and later arrested in a case of involvement in a terrorist organisation, also in connection with Hizb ut-Tahrir. On 21 February 2019, sentenced to 15 years in a strict regime colony.
