Biography
Resident of Abakan. In 2011, a case was brought against him for organising activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Islamic movement Tablighi Jamaat. Its adherents are persecuted solely because of their religious activities. On 26 December 2011, Turganbaev was sentenced to a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
