In custody since 7 November 2012 on suspicion of cooperation with Hizb ut-Tahrir. Accused of organising the activities of an extremist organisation and preparing for a violent seizure of power. He partially admitted guilt. He explained that he was a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir and led 2-3 groups of people studying the organisation's literature.
