Biography
A resident of Astrakhan. In May 2011, he was given a covenant not to leave as part of a case of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Islamic movement Tablighi Jamaat. Its adherents are persecuted solely because of their religious activities. On 25 May 2012, Alishev was sentenced to a fine of 150,000 rubles.
