A resident of Vyborg (Leningrad Region), a native of Mykolaiv (Ukraine) and a military pensioner. A case was opened against him for calling for activities against the security of the Russian Federation. The reason was a post calling on Russian servicemen to surrender as prisoners of war. On 30 October 2025, Arsentyev was placed in custody. On 25 December 2025, the court refused to extend the preventive measure.
