Sergei Dvurechenskii

A resident of the Krasnodar region. Worked as an excavator driver, then at a construction site. On 13 February 2022, his home was searched. Later he was accused of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters. On 10 August 2023, Dvurechenskii signed a recognisance not to leave. On 9 December 2025, he was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence.
