Sergei Samoilov
Biography
Presumably a resident of Krasnodar Krai and an aircraft commander. No later than January 2024, he was detained and subsequently taken into custody on charges of high treason for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On June 4, 2025, Samoilov was sentenced to 12 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
