Sergey Plechov

A resident of Chuvashia. A case was brought against him and his wife for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to their involvement in the movement of "citizens of the USSR" (the so-called "Novokuibyshevtsy"). On December 13, Plechov was sentenced to three years probation.
