Musician. Initially, five criminal cases were brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces, which were later merged into one. He was charged in June 2023. In May, he was sent for an outpatient psychiatric examination. On 17 August Tokhteyev was placed in a psychiatric hospital. The criminal case was considered in court under a special procedure, but after the objection of the prosecutor, the special procedure was terminated. On 22 January 2024 Tokhteyev was sentenced in the criminal case to a fine of 120 thousand rubles and was obliged to register with a psychiatrist.
