Sevastyan Sultanov

Resident of Kazan. On 23 October 2024, he was detained after a search because of a criminal case initiated in connection with graffiti in support of Alexei Navalny. Sultanov was accused of vandalism. On 29 April 2025, he was sentenced to a year of restricted freedom.
