A resident of Tomsk (Eastern Siberia), an assistant to city Duma deputy and a member of the Yabloko faction David Avetyan. A vandalism case was brought against him and two other individuals for defacing the banners "All for the Front" and "All for Victory" - first under Part 1 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code, then reclassified to the more serious Part 2, imputing the commission of an offence by a group of persons. On 3 December 2024, the appeal court discharged him due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
