Biography
A resident of Tomsk (Eastern Siberia), an assistant to city Duma deputy and a member of the Yabloko faction David Avetyan. A vandalism case was brought against him and two other individuals for defacing the banners "All for the Front" and "All for Victory" - first under Part 1 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code, then reclassified to the more serious Part 2, imputing the commission of an offence by a group of persons. On 19 August 2024, Shmakov was sentenced to a year and two months of restricted freedom. He was banned from leaving the house at
