After that, the woman was taken to the Main Department of the Interior Ministry, where she was told that two criminal cases had been opened against her. The first was under the article on calls for terrorist activity. Zotova was charged with two comments, in one of which she allegedly wrote the words "Russians" and "nuclear". At the same time, the police refused to show her these comments. Another criminal case, according to the law enforcers, is related to her interrogation in the case of her daughter Valeria. In the evening the woman was released, on 16 March she was charged. On 6 December 2023, Zotova was sentenced to a fine of 350 thousand rubles.
