Timur Tukhvatullin

Resident of Kazan. Detained after searches on 17 March 2022. Searches were conducted at a number of civil and political activists in the city in the case of involvement in mass riots in connection with anonymous posts in a Telegram channel. On 19 March Tukhvatullin was released without preventive measure. On 2 June, Ruslan Ignatiev, a lawyer cooperating with OVD-Info, reported that Tukhvatullin's prosecution was terminated because the Investigative Committee was unable to establish his involvement.
