Biography
A resident of Irbit (Sverdlovsk region). At the time of the beginning of the persecution - a pupil of the 11th grade. He was detained on May 9, 2024 in Yekaterinburg in a hostel. Later Tomilov reported that force was used against him during the detention. According to the investigation, he was going to fly from there to Tbilisi, where he would meet with a recruiter of the "Russian Volunteer Corps". He was taken into custody on charges of preparing to participate in activities of a terrorist organisation and committing high treason. Correspondence with his father before his detention suggests

Correspondence with his father before his detention suggests that Tomilov had abandoned his intention to join the RVC. He also stated this in court. On September 15, 2025, Tomilov was sentenced to seven years in a strict regime colony.
