Biography

A resident of Khanty-Mansiysk. A case on financing extremist activities was opened against him because of six donations that Ledkov transferred to the Anti-Corruption Foundation after the organisation was declared extremist. In total, he transferred 1,800 roubles to the ACP. On 29 July 2025, the court sentenced Ledkov to a fine of 120,000 rubles. On 18 September 2025, the appeal court toughened the sentence, replacing the fine with three years in a general regime colony. On 25 February 2026, the Court of Cassation commuted the sentence, replacing the real term with a suspended one.
