Valliam Mutallapov
Biography
He is a resident of the Baimaksky district of Bashkortostan. On 9 February 2024, he was detained and presumably arrested under the administrative article on participation in an unauthorised rally that interfered with the functioning of infrastructure (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The next day, Mutallapov was transported to Ufa where he was taken into custody. He was said to have been charged with participating in mass riots in connection with the citizen assembly in Baymak on 17 January 2024 in support of the activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
