Member of the St. Petersburg regional council of the Yabloko party. On June 6, 2023, he was detained after a search and taken to Moscow. Neustroev’s door was sawed off, and he was led out of his apartment in handcuffs. It later became known that he is suspected of organizing the activities of an extremist community (Part 1, Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), disseminating disrespectful information about Days of Military Glory as part of a group (Part 4, Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code), publicly calling for actions against state security committed by an organized group (Part 3, Article

It later became known that he is suspected of organizing the activities of an extremist community (Part 1, Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), disseminating disrespectful information about Days of Military Glory as part of a group (Part 4, Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code), publicly calling for actions against state security committed by an organized group (Part 3, Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code), spreading “fake” information about the Russian army as part of a group motivated by hatred (subparagraphs “b” and “d,” Part 2, Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), inciting mass riots (Part 1.1, Article 212 of the Criminal Code), and organizing the activities of an NGO encroaching on the rights and freedoms of citizens (Part 2, Article 239 of the Criminal Code). On June 8, Neustroev was taken into custody as part of a case opened against the anti-war movement “Vesna.”
