Documents, electronic media and a computer were seized; on 15 August 2013, it became known that a criminal case on incitement to hatred or hostility was initiated over the publication of the article "Being Russian in Adygea is possible, but unpromising"; on 20 May 2014, Purdenko was ordered to pay a fine of 100,000 rubles; on 4 July, the court of appeal upheld the decision
