A resident of Vladikavkaz. An orphan. First-year student at the Gorsky Agrarian University. Studied in the speciality "Technology of agricultural production and processing".
On 29 April 2020, a measure of restraint was imposed on him in the form of a prohibition of certain actions in the scope of the case of mass riots due to the public assembly in Vladikavkaz on 20 April.
On 21 February 2022, Makhmadiev was found guilty of participating in mass riots and sentenced to four years in a general regime colony.
Presumably, he was released in January 2026.
