Viktor Bukov
Biography
A resident of the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye (Stavropol Krai). In July 2025, he lit a cigarette from the Eternal Flame, after which a criminal case was opened against him for desecrating a symbol of Russia’s military glory. On October 2, the prosecutor’s office announced that the case had been sent to court. On November 21, 2025, Bukov was sentenced, but the details of the verdict are unknown.
