Viktor Karas
Biography
Ukrainian soldier. He was taken prisoner. After that, a case was brought against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities. On 25 October 2024, Karas was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime penal colony.
