Viktor Rodionov

A resident of Obluchye (Jewish Autonomous Region). A criminal case was brought against him for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces. Rodionov pleaded guilty, the case was tried under special order. On 21 July 2023, he was charged with a fine of 120 thousand rubles.
