Biography
A resident of Bryansk region, formerly a general director of a commercial organisation. On 22 January 2026, he was taken into custody on charges of financing terrorist activities. According to the investigation, he transferred money to the needs of the movement "Artpodgotovka". No later than March 2026, Razlugo was sentenced to nine years in a strict regime colony.
