Vladimir Bolobolov

Resident of Reutov (Moscow region), musician. On 28 August 2025, he was searched at his home, after which he was taken out of the house with a bag over his head. Police officers informed Bolobolov's acquaintances that a weapons manufacturing case was being investigated. Those close to him believed that all these actions were a revenge of the law enforcers for resistance during the raid on the LGBTQ+ club Mono on 12 April 2025, when Bolobolov "fought back" one of the police officers. On 30 August 2025, it was reported that Bolobolov was released. Those close to him claim that he was (apparently, even during his first detention) tortured with a stun gun, strangled with a bag, kept strapped to a radiator and given an object in his hand - apparently a powerbank with explosives, which was later found during a search of his home. He was later forced to sign an administrative report on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) and was released. On 31 August 2025, Bolobolov was detained again and arrested for 15 days. After serving the term of administrative arrest, Bolobolov was detained again, already under the criminal article on possession of explosives. On 19 September he was taken into custody.
