Biography
A resident of Irbit (Sverdlovsk Region). A case was brought against him for desecrating symbols of military glory by lighting a cigarette from the Eternal Flame. In February 2026, the case went to court. On 1 April 2026, the court sent Dobrychev to compulsory treatment.
