Biography
Resident of Kotlas (Arkhangelsk region). Participated in rallies against the construction of a landfill in Shiyes. A case was brought against him for discrediting the Armed Forces. On 3 November 2023, Kotov was sentenced to a fine of 130 thousand rubles.
