Biography
A resident of Omsk, presumably a taxi driver. A case was brought against him for financing the activities of an "undesirable organisation" because of donations worth 192,000 roubles to certain organisations. In September 2025, the case went to court. On 26 November 2025, Kotunov was given a two-year suspended sentence.
