Vladimir Ogolev

A resident of Kaliningrad. In January 2026, he and an acquaintance tried to light a cigarette from the Eternal Flame and steal baskets with flowers. A case was opened against them for desecration of memorial structures commemorating those who died in defence of the Fatherland.

On 19 February, the court sentenced him to 240 hours of compulsory labour.
