Vladimir Shafirov
Biography
a resident of Buryatia. In 2021, he left Russia and was in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol when the full-scale invasion began. In December 2023 it became known that Shafirov was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of an anti-mobilisation video. In January 2025, a verdict was handed down, details is unknown
