On May 31, 2012, he was charged with participating in the activities of a public or religious association, against which a court decision on liquidation due to extremist activities had come into force (according to the investigation, he was involved in criminal activities as a minor). On December 11, the court declared the accusation illegal; however, even before that, in November, the investigation recharged him with the same accusation. On July 29, 2014, he was acquitted by the court; on December 12, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog City Court. On January 22, 2015, new hearings

On November 30, he was sentenced to a 20,000 roubles fine (exempted from paying the fine due to the expiration of the statute of limitations).
