On the 4th of January 2023, Wilczewski's house was searched as part of a criminal case for "public justification of terrorism" because of a post made about Mikhail Zhlobitsky, who committed a suicide bombing at a Federal Security Service Directorate building in the Arkhangelsk Region. He wrote an admission of guilt. After that, the anarchist was help in custody at the pre-trial detention centre. On the 27th of June 2023, he was sentenced to two years
