Formerly a citizen of Ukraine, Tishakova was born in the Lugansk region and later resided in the Moscow region. She was prosecuted for publicly justifying terrorism due to a post on the social media platform "X" about the bombing of the Crimean Bridge in October 2022.
During a search and interrogation, Tishakova immediately granted law enforcement access to her device and social media accounts, admitted her guilt, and expressed remorse, stating she was "very sorry" for the pain she had caused her family.
