Biography
On 25 November 2018, Yuri was detained when Russian vessels blocked Ukrainian in the Black Sea near Crimea. He was taken into custody on charges of illegally crossing the Russian border and transferred to the Lefortovo pre-trial detention centre on 29 November. On 7 September 2019, he was released as part of the exchange of Ukrainian political prisoners in the Russian Federation for a group of people released by Ukraine and arrived on the territory of Ukraine.
