Navalny’s murder: detentions and other forms of pressure

On 16 February, the Federal Penitentiary Service reported the death of Alexei Navalny in the penal colony. According to the report, the politician felt unwell after a walk and soon passed away. People across Russia are attending flower-laying ceremonies and holding solo pickets. On 27 February, participants in these actions began to remember another murdered opposition figure, Boris Nemtsov.
