Vitaly Merzlyakov

A resident of Krasnodar. A case of repeated public display of prohibited symbols was brought against him because he handed over documents with lined swastikas to the Interior Ministry. Merzlyakov was taken into custody. On 28 May 2024, he was sentenced to half a year in a penal colony. According to unconfirmed information, he was released no later than the end of the year.
