Vladimir Dutkin

On 25 November 2020, a criminal case against Dutkin was initiated for organising activities of an extremist organisation. His home was searched. On 30 December, he was charged and released on his own recognizance. On 10 February 2022, he was sentenced to a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
